We will refund or replace any goods that may have arrived in un-useable or faulty condition or indeed different from those ordered.

Should there be a delay in the delivery of goods, outside of the reasonable control of Atom Pharma Ltd (i.e. Royal Mail/Postal Delays) then the customer agrees to wait a period of 10 before Atom Pharma Ltd undertakes a refund or resends the goods.

We will fully refund the money paid to us within 30 working days to your credit/ debit card.
